Meet Us

We are Alasdair and Liz and we live at Stronaba just to the north of Spean Bridge. We have a market garden that we have been developing over the past couple of years.
We practise no dig principles; planting vegetables with minimal disturbance to the soil, no use of fertiliser and just an annual application of manure.
We have outdoor vegetable beds, a polytunnel and chickens who provide us with a valuable source of manure (as well as delicious free range eggs). We are very excited by the variety of vegetables we have been able to grow!
